Yes.

Now they have bombed the last remaining functioning hospital in Gaza specializing in cancer care. They again claim it was being used by Hamas, despite the world knowing Hamas are based in an underground network of tunnels. The West has not condemned the break in ceasefire. Our fat sweaty dullard of a PM says not a word in condemnation. Too busy making civil servants redundant and forcing paraplegics to find work or starve. Disgusting coward of a man.

I just cannot read Twitter / X with the awful photos coming out of Gaza and the absolute cruelty towards the Palestinian children.
