It's odd that the police and ambulance service are saying no-one was taken to hospital from the scene of the accident. When Twitter existed and was accessible, I seem to remember her posting from hospital about something she said was serious.
From the BBC article: "Ms Giuffre had recently been living with her children and husband Robert in the suburb of North Perth, Australia, though recent reports suggest the couple have split after 22 years of marriage."
www.bbc.com/news/articles/c5yl5vle2nmo
From the Times article: "Giuffre said the money of the settlement would go towards Speak Out, Act, Reclaim, a charity she set up that works with the victims of abuse."
I had a look at that website some time ago and apart from articles about Virginia Guiffre's accusations, it seemed dormant and I couldn't see any evidence that they were working with victims of abuse. Nothing about it seems to have changed that I can see, other than a few extra news articles under "Get the Facts", and it's still saying "Speak Out, Act, Reclaim (SOAR) officially launched in November of 2021. At this early stage, we are not yet accepting donations." The "Get involved" heading leads to a page saying "coming soon". The Help page leads to national helpline numbers and there's a note saying "Please note that we are not a hotline and are unable to respond to individual requests. If you are in crisis or know someone who is, visit our NEED HELP? page for a list of organizations that can provide support."
It looks to me as if the main purpose of the website is so that she can claim she's campaigning for sex abuse survivors and to serve as a repository for Prince Andrew's money.

Virginia Giuffre ‘breached restraining order before car crash’
... The alleged breach of the family violence restraining order happened on Feb 2. The mother-of-three is reported to have separated from her husband.
A later statement issued by Ms Guiffre said that her husband of 22 years had “brutally assaulted” her in January and that police in Western Australia, where she lives, were informed.
She claimed that Robert Giuffre “used the system intended to protect victims to his advantage” and was granted a restraining order against her. She added that she is “deeply concerned” about her children, who remain in his custody.
“Virginia looks forward to defending herself against his malicious claim. She is deeply concerned about her children who remain in Robert’s custody. Virginia continues to be hospitalised in serious condition,” it continued....
If the bruises she showed in her online photo were from her husband, you'd think she'd say so rather than claiming it came from a minor shunt.
The Australian woman who was one of Rolf Harris's four accusers in his first trial and who gave TV interviews before and after the trial (the pre-trial one having numerous points in common with Caroline Robinson's earlier story about Jimmy Savile - available at the time to consult on YouTube) claimed that her partner had been violent towards her. I think he served time in jail for it (possibly when he could have been giving evidence in the Rolf Harris case, though I'm not sure about that; he later said she had lied about Rolf Harris).

I noticed that too. The Daily Mail is reporting that her eldest son is no longer "friends" with her on Facebook. Her story doesn't make sense.
Now Lady Victoria Hervey is saying there are recordings of Giuffre admitting she lied about Prince Andrew.
Prince Andrew's ex, Lady Victoria Hervey, doubles down against Virginia Giuffre with fresh attack against Epstein victim - as she weighs in on 'destroyed' credibility
... She described Ms Giuffre as 'the Queen of the fake photo after all', and claimed that the FBI had now been given recordings of her admitting in a phone conversation with two other people that she had lied about having sex with Prince Andrew.
Lady Victoria told MailOnline said: 'I don't want to get into too much with the FBI. But basically they are on to her and we do have recordings which are now in the hands of the FBI. They are deeply incriminating for her and show that Prince Andrew is innocent.
'We had to wait for Trump to win and for the new FBI to be sworn in to get the recordings into the right hands because the problem was under the last President, it was never going to happen.
'Under Biden we were never going to get the whole story and the right people behind bars.' ...
