I wrote this short children's story - The Polish Boy And The Pope - and sent a courtesy copy to John Paul II as I felt it only polite as he was a living man. He wrote back a lovely letter (actually from his assistant) saying he had read it, loved it and gave his blessing to me, family and friends.

Thank you Hedda. I've just reread the booklet and it is very sweet (and deserving of a papal blessing). I'll try to get it converted into a free online version for all to read. It's a bit like an Aesop's Fable for 2025!

Catholics and Christians can't stand each other. Nowhere in the Bible does it say about praying to Saints, and both religions have their versions of the Bible.
