TOPIC: Starmer and India

Starmer and India 2 Weeks, 2 Days ago
So Fatty Arsebuckle does a trade deal with India, opening the floodgates for 3 million migrants to take the jobs that he believes the British disabled should be doing. Hours later India start bombing Pakistan. Coincidence? Or Fatty offering them full support, as he has Israel? I despise every fibre of our PM.

I have no idea why they are not finding 3 million jobs for the unemployed? When looking back at my youth, all my mates got jobs whilst attending school and those who left with no qualifications still found work.

That was in a different/computerless era where jobs were labour intensive - like, coal, ship building, steel, mining etc.

Of the few of those left - new methods and technologies do the brunt of the work: For example, computers do all the design work first.

So how do you get people on benefits in to work when there are no jobs going?

It stands to reason there are less jobs available as the West has outsourced so much of it's production to places like Asia.

Even Australia has. It had a thriving car building industry with a locally made car Holden and a Ford factory that sold millions of cars over the decades. And they exported to New Zealand and the East. All gone. Now all vehicles are imported mainly from Asia.

All Western governments have been remiss in not providing financial incentives for factories to remain on home soil but Capitalism is a law unto itself & profit rules the day.

Leaders like Trump & Starmer inherited this situation but both seem to pander to the monied class at the expense of the majority..

Indeed Hedda. You could not fit a Rizla between Starmer and Trump's ideology. Only difference is Trump doesn't hide what he is, Starmer pretends to be human.

Only difference!!??

Here's another: Starmer doesn't try to rename areas - or take over countries.

If you want any more - ask anyone....

Trump would never have Miliband, Rayner, Streeting, Racist Lammy or Reeves anywhere near him or near the front bench.

True.

Mind you election strategists say that if Canada became a US state it's largely Blue leaning so it's number of Congressmen and Senators would tip the balance to the Democrats and no Republican president would ever be elected again.

To date Starmer hasn't invaded anywhere like Iraq or Libya but he does endorse the sending of weapons and allows the military to aid the invasion of Gaza.

Not forgetting sending billions to India for war. I wonder if he wants to annihilate Pakistan or Bangladesh next.

I wonder if UK Pakistanis will be the next "far right"? It's a war nothing to do with us.

Barney, once a war starts neighbouring countries get involved, especially when religion is involved.
