Gaza and Israel 1 Week, 6 Days ago  
Israel is the size of Wales - and Gaza's smaller than the Isle of Wight, but with a massive population; both connected by land.


Aid, communications and movement are therefore extremely difficult - meaning that a concerted multi-nation effort is needed.

Depressing post on X /Twitter by Norman Finkelstein that supposedly in a poll that up to 80% of Israelis supported the decimation of Gaza.

But polls are always done with a few 1000 people. They don't speak for millions and I 'm very doubtful such a vast number would support the starvation of a people.

Especially as former Israeli prime minister Ehud Olmert’s
has just said Israel actions in Gaza are 'close to war crimes',

As sad as it is Hedda I can believe it. If your borders are open to the incursion of a death cult like Hamas, the human is capable of anything to protect their children, or believe they are protecting them.

Of course, it is also depends how the question is phrased. Action is one thing but starvation another....
