And, an angry IDF veteran KNOWS it was an Inside Job to let Hamas attack for Israel to then grossly over-react and take the whole Gaza strip and HIGH VALUE Gaza Marine Gas Field.
"You don't think there's anything fishy going on here?! I know all these things firsthand because I served on the Gaza border. In less than 5 minutes it all could have been over it could have been a matter of 5 minutes before the whole thing was upended and instead they had SEVEN HOURS possibly eight to conquer a Kibbutz kill thousands and bring back hostages alive unopposed. And there's many people that say, 'Oh well this was just a breach'. NO! That's not a breach I'm sorry that's NOT a breach!!"

Well I suppose it is possible OM.
Of course, as lovers of all humanity, we must balance this by saying that even if it is, this would not justify the horrors Hamas committed one iota.
Or justify the continued captivity of the hostages.
The latter, by the way, is an act of omission on the part of Hamas. As, if it is true, would be Israeli officials allowing the Hamas attack, where it could have prevented it.
If you apportion some blame to the Israeli Government for the horrors of the Hamas attack; you must also then apportion blame to Hamas for what is now happening to the Palestinian people.
Otherwise, you are putting more moral weight on the lives of Palestinian citizens than Israeli citizens.
You are of course free to do so; but if this is your position, I would be interested to learn how you come to it?
Forgive my conjecture. You condemn rightly what the Israeli Government is doing as much as I do.
But have been consistently, totally silent about Hamas. Conjecture is all I have.

I actually think the survival of the species will be decided on whether we can roll back "us/them" thinking - escalating on everything, and everywhere - and start realising that we don't have to keep coming down on one side or another on every fucking dispute and area of life.
