I'm a huge Greta Thunberg fan but I think she's one of those people you either love or loathe.

I love her. She rubs the right people up the wrong way. I do feel she should now concentrate more on the world adapting to climate change rather than the vain attempt at slowing it down, because I think it is' now impossible, with the world population now astronomical and the wrong people in power not doing enough. I did read that one aircraft taking off and landing causes more pollution than a million washing machines on permanently for 12 months. I sincerely hope Israel don't harm her. Trump hates her guts, as he does most decent people.

I don't think she's abandoned the climate problem GM just adopted other causes as well. She captures media attention and uses it for her causes.

As to climate change. We came as a family to Oz 3 times when I was young with my father's work and of course now I live here.

I've noticed the climate change dramatically in that time over the decades.

From wonderful dry hot Summers it's gone to often annoying relentless humid Summers where air conditioning is a must. We never had to have air con decades ago.

And Winters have become quite vicious and harsh often resembling a British winter Could be my old bones of course.
But every year it's the same, either terrifying bush fires in Summer or dreadful floods in Winter often destroying a whole country town.
