What an absolute shit show. Beggars belief. Poor guy. Starmer would have had him sent down. Proving beyond doubt it can happen to anyone. Disgraceful that the accusers aren't prosecuted. There seems to be no deterrent to making false allegations.

Not only no deterrant but they are positively encouraged. Thanks to DPP Starmer, they are believed, even if they are lying. Thanks to the law, they can never be named or shamed - lifelong anonymity (unless they bravely waive it - as many of my false accusers did - in retirn for media cash). Rarely prosecuted (exceptions like Carl Beech and Jemma Beale - Google them).

And 95% get away with it. Pocketing thousands in media fees, in compensation and sometimes even through bent civil claims, enabled by corrupt criminal lawyers.

You could not make it up.

Yet the CCTV show the guy never touched the waiter, who seems to play the Muslim when it suits him. He is touching alcohol but said male contact is against his religion. The police had to the look at the CCTV and let him go.


Will the waiter be charged with wasting police time, making false allegations being slanderous? Or will play the race and religious card?

Police are not your friends nor are they on your side.
