You're driving me crazy. The boy in the Gaza documentary is NOT "the narrator". He is ONE OF the narrators. And why shouldn't he be, just because his Dad is a minor Government official? Would this drama exist if it had been an anti-Hamas show? As with Glasto - would a rapper condemning Hamas (there should have been one) have been censored?
Masterchef. Who cares what hosts said or did? We are so easily offended these days. And if the BBC dared show a pro-Russia show on Ukraine - should it be cut? And can Ministers please stop exaggerating the seriousness of a TV host on a cooking show not wearing his underpants? We've all gone bonkers. Our priorities askew - due to media hype.
What about people like the contestants in Msasterchef that might not now be shown because one host once may have made a racist remark? Lives ruined; one chance of success wrecked. All because this is "the catastrophic behaviour of the BBC". Oh, grow some balls Tim. There's two words to the massed media intent on destroying the BBC (because the others want more ad money). FUCK OFF.

Couldn't agree more JK.

My love/hate relationship with Spiked continues but I think this piece has good value. Brendan O'Neill was practically run out of Oz because he was too "right wing" for many media darlings.

I'm just hate how people/celebs are being cancelled on accusation alone and that includes valuable documentaries because some kid is the son of someone who is cancelled.

Gregg Wallace: is this the tragic last hurrah of #MeToo?
