Can you just imagine the damage the USA's $36Trillion plus debt is doing (added to by Trump by Trillions in both his presidencies.) Mostly owed to China and Japan. But of course Capitalism is a thriving success while Communism and Socialism are complete failures. What has happened to the senses of shame and honour when it comes to debt, either national or personal? I am too young to remember when debt had not been renamed credit. Not sure that shame and/or honour come into the National Debt of a country - most have them. But the fact that the UK is one of only the dozen or so, to have one <100% of GDP - isn't good!
