Why isn't it front page news on every national newspaper? And the lead on all TV and radio news? And picked up by social media - currently only concerned with the Lucy Letby case? It is clearly another appalling miscarriage of justice. It shows the entire system DOES NOT WORK. OK, defenders will say it HAS worked in this case but there are thousands of others that never reach appeals - yet deserve them equally. HOW ON EARTH can the system get so much wrong? And WHY WHY WHY is media not concerned?

Credit where due - the Grauniad has at least covered this slightly. But they seem to have missed the big story considering the Titanic iceberg merely a cocktail ice cube.
