Does anyone remember watching Crime Watch UK back in the day?

They used to describe the alleged criminal. They did a photo e-fit and showed a rubbish reconstruction.

Now they give no description, even though we have cameras everywhere and even facial recognition technology.

It's pointless for the police to ask the public for help when you are not allowed to describe the perp.

I have been to Canary Wharf once, and I recall CCTV cameras on almost every street corner, this was 25 years ago.
