The attacks began at 6.30am so it's not surprising her husband the IDF Chief of Staff was aware and leaving home just before 7am is it.

I've heard that the tunnel system under Gaza built by Hamas is actually bigger than the entire London Underground, if true that's astonishing. In WWII Londoners hid down in the tube to protect themselves from German bombing raids during he Blitz. Right now in Kyiv in Ukraine the same thing happens in their underground system to protect Ukrainians from Putin's madness too. But in Gaza nobody in the general population is allowed down into safety in those tunnels to protect themselves during Israel's operations, Hamas won't let the tunnels be a place of shelter for the innocents, they want them in harms way as much as possible. The only people in those tunnels are the terrorist criminals and murderers and their innocent hostages.
