It reached the point a few months back when I couldn't switch my TV on without seeing John Barrowman, to the extent that I grew to detest the sight of him, and still cannot bring myself to watch him voluntarily. I wasn't a fan of Torchwood anyway, but I do wish TV wouldn't go into overkill on certain 'celebs'. He was on chat shows, music shows, judges panels and even a cookery show.
