Tell me, would it be OK if it was older man with a young girl ?
(Two tits, good .... Two balls, bad?)
16 years old girl "missing" with 42 year old man -

Okay, I'd like to give my tuppence worth... I don't think bad of Jonathan King whatsoever. What I think this whole deal is about is fear of queers. People use the word gay every day to describe something that is crap or weird, they call each other gay to belittle each other and hate it when people honestly think they are a friend of Dorothy's. Then they will turn around and say - I like gays. I have gay friends... Gays just want to be victims apparently.
Jonathan King has been convicted of a crime and served time. He is now free and has paid his dues whether right or wrong that is not my point. If JK did get a couple of 15 years olds to repeatedly turn up at his house for sex at their own free will who then later regretted it because of the stigma associated with the thought they might be queer - then tough luck. One of them appears to be a bitter little twunt anyway by the looks of it.
And if you don't think it is about the stigma then ask yourself this, if Jonathan was a beautiful woman (and he does look quite fetching in a dress) would they still be complaining later on down the line?
Now this is the reason that made me decide Jonathan should have never been treated the way he was. Being gay was illegal full stop. Whether they be 15 (as convicted) 16, 20, 30, 40, 50 or even 100. If you are going to be a criminal and risk prosecution by soliciting sex with men then would you say, "oh by the way, are you 15 or 16? - you see, in about 20 years it will make all the difference!). I don't condone sex with 15 year olds at all but that is because it doesn't float my boat but how was Jonathan to know this was going to happen to him? If being gay was still illegal then even the 16 year olds could have complained (by self incrimination of course). I am not sure about the full details of the case, I read a little bit about the enticement pack etc but as far as I can tell all he did was ask them if they wanted to or not.
All those rock stars back then had girls of all ages queuing up for a bit of nookie, none of them are complaining. It is all about the stigma of homosexuality.
Now I wouldn't be suprised if the age of consent gets lowered again to 15 to decriminalize the hundreds of thousands of teens having sex. Will that stop the accusations towards Jonathan? Doubt it.
I am so thankful that I am queer enough to only feel attracted to older guys instead of people my own age or younger. Wouldn't it awful to be NORMAL in a world where newspapers count down the days to show a 16 year olds tits on page three, or dress women up as children for pop videos as they did to Britney. And the worst part is that people BUY THIS CRAP. So before calling JK anything have a nice look in the mirror. If he is a nonce then so are all those sunday sport readers gagging over a pair of 15 year olds soon to be revealed tits. It all screams of hypocracy.
So to answer the comment about Jonathan's shame - I doubt he has any. And does his opinion count? Just as equally as yours and mine matey. I'd sooner concentrate my disgust for the real sicko's in this world since there are plenty to go around.
I think people like Chris Langham and Pete Townshend were lucky gits compared to poor old Jonathan and I bet if they were only looking at 15 year olds they wouldn't even have been investigated.
