but I'm exhausted after 5 hours of the most thrilling tennis.

One of those matches you'll be able to talk about for decades.

From "oh god not them again" to "my god those two can play tennis".

A truly magnificent final.

Federer's final blast into the net had an "I'm fed up with this" kinda feeling.

It was a good game.

Best final I can remember and the best tennis I have seen, lets hope this rivalry carries on and on.

I cannot see Murray ever getting close to those two for a few years yet.

The newspaper commentators seem united in calling this the best game of tennis ever.

I know it made my Sunday for me.

It certainly was the best Wimbledon final of all time. It will be reshown again and again and again. It was superior to the Borg/McCenroe meetings simply because of the advancement of speed and skill. Admittedly they have better shoes, better raquets.

One thing I must say. The line judges...the umpires? How many challenges? How many times had the officials got it so wrong?

McCenroe's tantrums were always justified.

A magnificient final...one of the greatest sporting events in history. We all knew were we were when McCenroe beat Borg. We all knew where we were when Nadal beat the Crown Prince of tennis.
