Lost In Austen 16 Years, 10 Months ago
Really terribly good; funny, well made; well written - I'm loving it but still hoping we get to see Lizzie's adventures in Hampstead.

The delightful thing about this series is that it's clearly been put together by someone who knows and understands Jane Austen perfectly.

I was smiling and chuckling throughout.

Very much looking forward to the final episode next week.

I must tell you I think this is my favourite TV series of the year - an absolute joy.

I kept finding myself uttering little squeaks and giggles of pleasure.

Great ending too - an absolute classic.

Watch it win a Bafta.

Tim Teeman in the Times today is in full agreement with me - but no comments from anyone on here.

Did none of you see it?

I only saw a trailer for it. However, I was watching Jemima Rooper a few days ago in her remake of The Railway Children. Quite a good actress.

You must see it Al, and Jemima was brilliant - and gorgeous.
