Yes, of course executives who got us into shit should not benefit but think this through... government controlling who does and does not get bonuses?
So the next time a brilliant whiz kid is trying to do a deal on a new job, everything stops until the Government clears his bonuses clause?

Let the current banks fail.

Let decent banks take their place. Let them pay decent wages AND bonuses but not to the extent where they bankrupt themselves.

We should make it clear to all banks that BAIL OUTS dont happen in the UK.

Brown has made a massive mistake - great media story of course. Fuhrer Gordon showing off his financial muscle splashing taxpayers cash all around the City of London with all the rich bankers applauding like seals. Problem is that now he has done that THEY WILL BE BACK for another feeding frenzy at the trough of the TAXPAYER.

This is the worst decisions BUSH and BROWN have ever made. There is no financial stability because the economy is going into a deep depression. Not because of the banks - they have just pulled the fastest CON TRICK in the history of finance - and are LITERALLY laughing all the way to their own banks with OUR money.
