Murdoch has had setbacks recently-quite apart from his media empire which is in serious trouble-he backed losers in 2 general elections. The USA and Australia.

His Fox network is virtually a 24 hour bagging of Obama and his Oz tabloids, which dominate every city never let up on Kevin Rudd and it keeps backfiring badly.

Rudd has become the most popular PM ever with approval rates that have never slipped below 65%. As a former diplomat he has had years to work out how to work the media and pisses over News Corp's political writers to such a degree they have now become almost a laughing stock.

But look out Britain...Murdoch is backing Cameron and I reckon he will be demanding a pound of flesh when the Cons win and it won't be pleasant. Murdoch needs and wants to gain control of the net and I bet that will be his first demand...you have been warned.

And he may not be going anywhere soon-his mother is 101 and likely heir James is a chip off the block.
