It doesn't reach or damage the individuals and even if you win, the corporations can easily afford to pay fines.
No; there are many far more clever and cunning ways of getting your own back; aimed directly at the individuals concerned.
People who work for big companies or organisations hide behind the umbrella that protects them.
It's much more effective to duck underneath that shelter and plant lethal revenge.

The Sun set him up by sending a "disguised gypsy" into his antique shop with something expensive.Ronnie offered a derogatory sum, the guy went away and the Sun suddenly had an exclusive on Ronnie Barker ripping off the public. Ronnie didn't sue them, he went on a chat show asap and told the public the newspaper wasn't even fit to wipe your arse on.

Mike yes l remember the Ronnie Barker story in the 80's l think it was, as he appeared on Wogan. He vowed never to buy their paper again. I to this day believe he didn't, but when he died, didn't they make a fuss of him, ...the best comedian........
