So 2 days after he insists everything the military asked for, they received.. .vehemently denied by the military, Gordon "Caring" Brown makes a surprise visit to the troops for a morale boosting occasion.

Scrape the barrel a bit more Gordon. There might be some honesty and sincerity in there
