Well looks as if the FACT the girl herself has denied being raped does not matter.

As long as the POLICE and the MOTHER Say it happened ( though neither were there or witnessed it ) the case continues in court BECAUSE EVERYONE NEEDS TO GET PAID.

Come on CAMERON / CLEGG / KEN CLARKE.....put a stop to this nonsense. As soon as the VICTIM says it did not happen the case should be stopped and everyone sent home. Surely that is the way justice should take place. Not some scam sideshow so that everyone gets their NOSE IN THE TROUGH of LEGAL AID money and compensation claims.

not so sure about that. The tale was run here in Oz in the tabloids.the girl's denial never saw he light of day. Story dropped.
