STOPPING the IT will save £40 million a year
STOPPING Hendon Traing and selling it will save £20 million.
That means a BILLION Of savings in the next 5 years without getting rid of a single Police Officer.
If CIVILIAN STAFF ( PCSOs) are cut then a further £2 billion a year can be saved.
This brings the total to savings of £10 billion over 5 years from the POLICE.
A step in the right direction.
If this type of saving can be applied to other areas then the savings can be done with min disruption to jobs and lives.
New Labour just wasted money on NON JOBS and paying far too much to public servants ( Bribing them would be a more accurate term )
