You sent me a set amount every week and also recruit someone else to send me the same amount. I guarantee to refund your money and also pay you 25% of everything that the other person sends in. You cannot lose !

entrap a reasonably famous person, by sending a 15 year old round to their home with a sob story that they've been beaten up and haven't got enough money to get home.
make sure the reasonably famous person hands them some money in full view of a cameraman, then get a revolting publicity agent to troll it round the media for some money. It never fails!
