7 dead Israeli soldiers - 7 children killed by Israeli soldiers 18 Years, 10 Months ago
With the death toll mounting in Gaza - and today's killing of an entire family including 7 children by Israel - the deaths of 7 Israeli soldiers (plus 2 more kidnapped) will send shock waves through the country.
They are now fighting on 2 fronts, and remember Hezbollah are backed by Syria and Iran.
Just what have the Israeli tactics achieved over the last 50+ years? Absolutely nothing.
They are no safer now, their actions have increased opposition to them globally, every international organisation has condemned them ... and yet they learn nothing.

they don't listen because....
"Every time we do something you tell me America will do this and will do that . . . I want to tell you something very clear: Don't worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it."
- Israeli Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon, October 3, 2001.

They have planned this all along, an excuse to back out of existing agreements (hence the plan to set their own borders because they "could not" - ie did not want to - find anyone to negotiate with), and launch a further land-grab.
The invasion of Iraq - encouraged by Israel - was part of the process. They are hoping to "bring in" both Syria and Iran so the USA will come to their aid (yet again) with various moral and financial support, as well as supplying arms and helping to keep the civilised world at bay by blocking UN resolutions.
For the sake of world peace they must be stopped.
And ... for anyone who thinks that the majority still "support" the Jews, I suggest they read some of the comments on (for example) the BBC message boards.

The conflict is not simple and to try and understand it is difficult even for the most seasoned intellectuals.
The facts as they stand at the moment are as follows :
Iraq - civil war and unstable
Afganistand - increasing unrest and areas under extreme islamic control
Russian States - the southern states are all "on the edge"
Iran - developing a nuke because they are very afraid of the West
Syria - Bush has threatened them many times
Lebanon - dragged back into a war situation
North Korea - also taking action to try and show the USA that they will fight.
Does anyone see a pattern emerging - we have a country which is declaring war on the world under the banner of "peace" yet does not seem to believe in peace.....
This week our Parliament's sovereign will has been overuled by Judges in the USA despite protest from the Lords and Commons.....that shows how we are now just another state of the USA.
Blair is in awe of Bush and his backers in the USA - who are behind "The War on Terror" which basically is World War 3 by another name - as conflicts are springing up everywhere round the globe.
Which side are you on ? Bush/Blair ? there may be a day coming when we are forced to take sides. JK is quite right.......
Arizona - a good place for the Jews? 18 Years, 9 Months ago
Cilla
I've always advocated sending the Jews to Arizona ! It's a wide-open space, relatively unpopulated and desert like - ideal conditions for them. They will feel right at home !
The Americans seem to like them (but that may change when they get there and start causing trouble) and the Palestinians would then be able to have their rightful land back.
The Middle East would become stable (anyone else noticed that petrol has hit an all time high today?) and would be able to develop (at their own speed) with whatever kind of democracy (or otherwise) that they choose.
Does anyone think that this would stop the Americans from constantly interefering and causing trouble?
I thought not !!!
