Assange argument against extradition 14 Years, 6 Months ago
Mr Assange has been quite quiet lately. I thought people might find this document interesting, published on his solicitors' website at his request.

www.fsilaw.com/~/media/Files/Publications/IP_Media/Preliminary%20Assange%20Skeleton%20Argument%2011_01_11.ashx

It looks like a strong argument with many equally strong threads, but I don't think that will stop the powers that be using the "yeah but.." counter argument and then doing exactly as they like.

Thanks for posting this, SJB.

Unfortunately the link appears broken. You may like to know how to post links like this without allowing them to break.

In cases like this where characters within the URL are being misinterpreted, in this case the tilde character (~), you can solve the problem by putting the URL in a "url" tag:

www.fsilaw.com/~/media/Files/Publication...ment%2011_01_11.ashx

Hope this helps.

Best Wishes,
Jim

Fascinating.

the words that stick out for me- "an abuse of process"

it surely is. Perhaps it is designed to fail.
