That's why it is news.

If the police are going to be allowed to get away with murder, then we should at least know about it, even if we can't actually do anything about it.

but we do know about it.its happened.this investigation is a sham as the cops already know they're let off.why spend more of your tax money to find out what you already know.

But surely, Cilla, you're the one who's always complaining about cover-ups. Isn't it better that this story isn't allowed to just be swept away and buried? Keeping it in the public arena does keep pressure on those responsible, and does prompt people to keep thinking about it.

There might even be stuff I do not know, as yet - my not being directly involved in the event.

I'm all for keeping the pressure on Blair (the plod). I'm sure he'd like to "draw a line under it and move on", but we shouldn't let him, just like we shouldn't let Tony Blair off for Iraq.

Not the first and certainly won;t be the last !

we are talking different subjects here.my point is that the stockwell shooting is all over now.the cops were let off.I am not saying that we shouldn't know about it.but I think its bullshit that another inquiry is going on.what will it acheive?its a waste of your tax money.
