NO FORENSIC-CLUE OF ANY ABDUCTION.
Pre-peoples’ Web late-1990s ongoing, the public had to take the shallow mainstream Daily Crap, or spend days in libraries seeking deeper info. Now after just a few hours click-and-tap here’s a truly plausible scenario, Brit-mainstream suppressed - or censored.
At 20:30hs Praia da Luz, Algarve, Portugal time on Wednesday evening 3 May 2007, UK husband and wife young doctors, Cardiologist Gerry McCann and G.P. Kate McCann left their ground floor rented holiday apartment with unlocked rear patio-door but front door locked. and went to dine with friends approximately 130 yards away from their front door at the Tapas Bar by the pool. All within the Mark Warner Ocean Summer Club village complex. The McCanns and their seven adult dinner companions have been referred to in the UK media as the Tapas Nine, they included FIVE young UK doctors, collectively the parents of EIGHT young children all variously left temporarily unattended during the evenings of their combined holiday. The friends are Dr Russell O'Brien and his partner Jane Tanner, Dr Matthew Oldfield and his wife Rachael Oldfield, Dr Fiona Payne and her husband David Payne and his mother-in-law Dianne Webster. The McCanns and friends took turns checking on their combined children.
At 20:55, Dr Matthew Oldfield, peered through the bedroom window of the McCann’s children, and to check if he could hear any noise but all was well. Around 15 minutes later Gerry McCann checked on the children inside the apartment, he also went to the toilet and later claimed that he ‘sensed’ someone else inside. Gerry then chatted outside the apartment lounge window for a few minutes with Jeremy Wilkins, with whom he had played tennis at the resort. Almost 4 years old, Maddie McCann heard her father’s voice outside and got up, she climbed onto the back of the living room sofa to look through the window but tragically slipped, fatally struck her head and died almost instantly.
(During the investigation, a British neighbour Pamela Fenn, whose 1st Floor apartment was directly above the McCanns, told police that on Monday night 1 May 2007 she heard Maddie crying out loud from 22.30 until 23.45. She said she heard a child crying, and by the sound it was Madeleine. She guaranteed to the Judiciary Police that the child was uncontrollably crying for an hour and fifteen minutes, until the McCanns arrived when she heard the noise of the door at 23:45, when Kate and Gerry ended their usual gathering with their friends at the Tapas Bar restaurant where they had dinner daily.)
Late arrival to dinner Jane Tanner later claimed that at 21.20 she briefly saw a man carrying a child across is chest, along the road next to the McCanns’ apartment where further down the road, Gerry and Jeremy chatted, but both men said that they had not seen Tanner as she walked past them to the restaurant. Tanner’s ‘abductor’ wild descriptions have continued varied since 2007. At 21:30 Dr Matthew Oldfield again went to check the children but saw no Madelaine only the McCann twins through the open bedroom door. Apparently no one else returned immediately to double-check on Maddie.
At around 22:00, Kate went to check on the children. She later said she found Madeleine's bed empty with the bedroom window open. On rushing back to alert the group a naturally devastated Kate McCann at first used medical terminology for the loss of a patient’s life, and exclaimed, “We’ve let her down !” At around 22.10, an Ocean Club staff nanny, Charlotte Pennington, who was one of the first people to arrive at the apartment, said that Kate screamed "They've taken her, they've taken her!" and, "Madeleine's gone!". Kate said that the police were telephoned within 10 minutes of finding her daughter gone. Gerry said it was one of their friends who alerted the resort manager to call the police. However Portugese police logged the first call alert at 23.05. A street witness later stated that at round 22.40 he saw a man resembling Gerry McCann hurriedly carrying a child toward the harbour where an English cruise-boat owner unexpectedly set-sail that night after 4 continuous years at the resort. The witness also later said that the manner of carrying the child held upright close to the chest is as seen when Gerry McCann carried one of the twins when the family finally returned to East Midlands Airport on September 2007. On 14 Nov 2007 the Tapas Nine privately met again at a Rothley hotel near to the McCann’s Leicestershire home.
In his late-40s Inspector Gonçalo Amaral with 28 years service, was the senior officer heading the original police enquiry, but in November 2007 he was unexpectedly removed from the case and then forced to retire early. In his book (based on strong circumstantial evidence, of ‘Accidental Death’) published on 24 July 2008, ‘Maddie, a Verdade da Mentira/Maddie, the Truth of the Lie’, he criticized the parents when UK specialist sniffer dogs reacted to the scent of death in the parent’s wardrobe lower shelf and behind the lounge sofa beneath the window where a minute speck of blood was also found. While there was no evidence at all of any unusual entry or exit, or stranger in the apartment.The two dogs and their handler were soon afterwards retired from further UK police srevice. On 9 Sept 2009 a Portuguese judge issued an injunction stopping further publication or sales of Amaral’s book. Up to 330,000 copies of the £10 paperback are said to have been sold in Portugal and Europe before it was withdrawn, reportedly netting Amaral more than £1 million. The ex-senior cop claims that Maddie died by accident, after falling from the sofa and hitting her head on the floor. And when the McCanns and medical friends realised what had happened, they panicked and concealed her body, thus precipitating the greatest missing-child inquiry of modern times. Then through very high level UK-connections they also employed top lawyers to ban Amaral from repeating his claims. In early 2010 the McCanns returned to Portugal to sue Amaral for libel. The trial had originally coincided with the publication of Amaral’s 2nd book, A Mordaça Inglesa/The English Gag. The McCanns also asked Amaral for 1.2 million euros in compensation for defamation.
On 19 Oct 2010, the Court of Appeal overturned the ban on Amaral's books, stating that the ban had broken "a constitutional and universal right: that of opinion and freedom of expression." Both of Amarals’ two books and his TV documentary have been unavailable in Britain where the UK media have constantly criticized the Portuguese police. Goncolo Amaral is now unemployed with his first marriage wrecked, though with growing public support worldwide including in Britain.
While many psychologists and police have rightly stated that any possible abductor would have soon known that Maddie’s unique ‘eye mark’ would be instantly recognizeable worldwide, and that the child would have been too much of a iability to keep alive.
Yet 5-years on , the corrupt UK Establishment and media could not see five of their worthy medics smeared and criminalized for neglect and then conspiracy, and so they continue with their global cover up in a futile ‘Find Missing Maddie’ smokescreen and vast industry.

" Murat will fly from Portugal to London on Thursday for the settlement at the high court, his lawyers confirmed today.
The settlement is with eight UK national newspapers, with damages totalling between £250,000 and £500,000, according to Sky News.
Murat launched his action in April against 11 newspapers and one TV broadcaster in what was the largest number of claims ever made against different British media outlets in the same case.
The 34-year-old was seeking a formal public apology and undisclosed damages from Sky, the Daily Express, Sunday Express, Daily Star, Daily Mail, London Evening Standard, Metro, Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror, News of the World, Sun and the Scotsman.
A spokeswoman for Murat's law firm, Simons Muirhead & Burton, said: "Robert Murat is due in court for the settlement hearing at 10am on Thursday morning, after which it's expected either he or his legal representative will give a statement to the press."

no idea what happened to Maddie but the once great ABC TV now resembles the BBC but probably far worse as that is where empire builder appeared and indeed, the WitchFinder General's shonky program was screened after being rejected by the BBC.
All that remains is the superb government station SBS TV but the horrible Rupert has now garnered French/Italian/Serb etc etc movies and demands a hefty subscription to view which was once seen for nil on SBS.
