Seems oral sex is now rape? Well it is according to the law.

Rather sad tale of an inquisitive young lad going too far with a little girl in his charge.The parents want him imprisoned,but it was they who left him in charge of their little girl in the first place.
Nasty and disgusting,but the law says on the one hand he is too young to consent to sex,but is old enough to go to prison if he initiates it...yes it is hypocritical.

The judge uses some commonsense,protects society by making supervision orders.The young lad recognizes the seriousness of his actions,and the only ones who seem to be suffering to any major degree are the same said parents who went out leaving their 'precious' daughter in unsuitable hands in the first place.

In the old days his parents would have given him a sound thrashing,everyone would have considered the matter closed...the price of progress?

I'm quite a liberal minded person, but this is a pretty sick thing to do. This four year old girl is going to take a long time to get this thing out of her head, and this will be exasperated by the fact that the family live close to the attacker.

What age should we teach children not to take advantage of people and how do we explain this to them? This lad should have learned not to force people into doing things at the same age as he should have learned not to steal, hurt, damage. But parents avoid the subject of sex. Educate.
