Well spotted Andrew - and, at last, these thousands of false allegations are starting to get publicised.

It's no different from twelve years ago except everyone then assumed a false allegation was the truth. And the law allows that. No evidence needed.

Especially in historic claims. "He touched me 35 years ago".

"Did he? Seven years!".

Absurd. Alice In Wonderland. Begging belief it could actually be taken seriously.

Listen to the lyrics...

Lest we forget the recent decades root-causes of current false allegations sex-panics for greed-ratings-profit - NOT for True Protection - ongoing unchecked.

Criminal Injuries Compensation Board/Authority UK 1960s Labour rightly launched, UK 1980s Tories wrongly bent for Victimologist-votes/corrupt cops conviction-rates/bent media-ratings - one Evil axis.

1980s Fraud Market launched U.S. Republican, pre-school/under-age Child Sex false allegations & Stranger Danger irrational scare panics - ongoing unchecked.

1980s Fraud Market launched U.K. Tory, Child Satanic-Abuse/Sex-Abuse false allegations & Stranger Danger irrational scare panics - ongoing unchecked.

JK, most 11-plussers aren't nonplussed by Morse Code-style conjugation-free facts in short-handy sharp paras.

Saves much risk-of-life, ums-&-errs with the enemy about(as much use as a chocolate teapot).

OK, The Bard it ain't, more like late-great Prof Unwin, but can most modern media mugs sightread Olde Schoole Shakey straight no update ?

We doubt it, and that the stars are fire, that the sun doth move, that truth to be a liar, but never doubt love.”

Bard, Bimbo, or Bozo, never forget all true victims.

Including the many thousands of true victims of Gross-Injustice, in jails, in families, and in communities.

Plus, Unwin oh deep joy ahoy, with Jolly Wordloder 'Wilde' S. Fry.

Two years and eight months does seem very harsh for telling a lie to get yourself out of trouble. The two men involved were obviously inconvenienced and embarrassed, perhaps scared for a short time, but nearly 3 years in prison, which will probably ruin any prospects of a career and severely affect her children does seem harsh when noone was actually hurt or abused.

As per usual you have no idea about these things Robbie.Try being on the end of a false allegation,it can easily ruin your life,as it did mine.
There will still be local people coming out with the 'no smoke without fire' drool.Parents may well keep their kids out of there way etc,it's the little things that mount up.
They will also have been subject to an invasive medical examination, maybe held in custody days or long hours in solitary.
Had they not been lucky with CCTV evidence they may well have got 10 or 12 years. She was happy to put them through all that, and all because she's a little scared slut!
Not enough time,it should be the same amount of time they would have got if found guilty.
