National newspaper editors pay attention 12 Years, 10 Months ago

We need a creative paper to do a spread on little nations with terrific Olympic results - i.e. both North and South Korea and Ukraine; only one Gold behind us in the Paralympics.

Fascinating. Why? Is Ukraine that much better at looking after the disabled than other countries (i.e. the USA)?

I lived in Ukraine for 6 years,it's simply a throw back to Soviet times.The infrastructure is there,as is the desire to use it.They believe in their country's ability to take on the world and win,unlike the UK which is scared of it's colonial past.
