Top rape cop was a liar and criminal 12 Years, 10 Months ago  
Another horrifying story (strangely the woman who shopped him first committed suicide)... what with Hillsborough and the hugely growing number of overturned convictions through false allegations, the sick state of police and media is getting exposed.
Read the report closely. Where was he based when he was committing these crimes? Surrey.
But will anything be done about it? I fear it's a deep sickness in our society.
