I've had literally dozens of calls and messages from supporters pointing out the statement by those saying criminal prosecutions of bent cops and corrupt media people will be impossible "because after 23 years there cannot be any legitimate evidence".

Quite right - so why were all the false allegations against me from long before 1989 proceeded with? One person's opinion against another's cannot - or should not - be considered legal evidence unless there is solid supportive proof (medical detail from the time; photos; letters; a complaint from the time).

It appears there IS genuine proof of establishment cover up in the Hillsborough tragedy. There was - admitted by the court - none at all in my case.

W all know that there is unlikely to be proof of consensual private sexual activity from years ago. Michael Howard changed the law, as Home Secretary, in the 1990's with the fair and honourable desire to prosecute abusers from years earlier but that intention has opened the door to prosecutions for other reasons (greed for cash or desire for sympathy, revenge, mental instability etc).

Connect that to ambitious police officers looking for promotion after high profile convictions and the stew of intended injustice boils nicely.
