Minister (who upset police) "must go" (and notice how loony Labour jump onto the bandwagon - another day / another opportunistic opportunity !)

I see the papers are making a mountain out of a molehill over the comments made by the Choef Whip -

news.sky.com/story/988696/andrew-mitchel...iles-on-the-pressure

"official report" ?
Since when did the words of a policeman imply "official" status, or guarantee the truth?

... and of course its the paper of truth - The Sun !!!!!! - long time friends of the police (for services rendered?) - who promote such rubbish.

On LBC an Union Plod from the Met said that what the Police Officers said 'couldn't be untrue' and 'besmirches their reputation' and is asking for the Minister to resign.

Given what PC Simon Harwood did, I'm surprised that the Met are still talking about reputations.....

<<< The Police Federation and Labour both want an inquiry >>>

www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-19698141

What was I saying about Labour being opportunistic ?

Good to see the PM has told them to F Off - he runs the country - not The Sun (or the police) !

<<< It has also emerged that the Metropolitan Police is investigating how police records of the incident were obtained by the newspaper.>>>

www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-19698141

.... now I wonder HOW that can have happened LOL !

" It's damned bad form for one of our chaps to call bluebottle-oiks 'Plebs'! Now, pass the Bollinger and don't spare the condoms old boy while you stick another boy on the and of that, please."
