The fuss is in a little known loco parentis (sic) law that suggests that those who are in charge of children (children at 16???) that the law of consent goes up to 18. Blimey, when I was a sixth former there were tonnes of relationships going on between the boys, in particular, with female members of staff. 20 years on, they would be up before the beak now.

I found it very odd that the tabloids were up in arms, considering that it was only recently they stopped having topless lovelies at 16 on page 3...... More hypocrisy from the rampant gutter press.
