Waxy says people came to him over the years to say JS abused them. He says "you must go to the police" (before I can flog your story)and like every man and his dog (except dear old Hedda who knew nought) that it was 'common knowledge' JS was a fiddler.

But why didn't Waxy go to the coppers or use his considerable influence to talk to heads of BBC as he now had direct 'evidence' ?

Common knowledge, Hedda, were the rumours - and nothing else. Surely if JS was still offending in the 1990s, as some claim, there would be *some* evidence, photographic, audio or video related from mobile phones etc?

I don't think JS was very tech savvy (I think he claimed in an interview he didn't have a computer or anything like that) so surely if someone was so ashamed at what he was doing, they would be producing something?

of course rumours here and there and it's talk...except for Maxy who says alleged victims came to him.

It isn't good enough to say "well go to the police"..he should have accompanied them to the police himself particularly as he claims more than one came to him.

I know of a parole officer who was in the same position and said similar to one of their charges who said they had been abused and wanted help. The parole officer got the sack for not reporting child abuse.

There are heaps of people playing both sides of the fence here.

They should be like Hedda and say "I know nothing !!!" (which is true)
