JK, " media chasing it's own self-destructive tail " but sadly always FAILING to catch it.
Just last night this clown 'phoned clown Tony Livesey's even un-funnier Beeb R. 5 Live/(Undead) so called debate, "Has Trust In the BBC gone?"
One of Tone's bright guests was an ex-14-17 yr old actress from the Swingin' '60s recalling post-show green-rooms hospitality at Beeb, Rediffusion etc. She said that attractive young (including under-age) teens knew to expect senior staff grown men (and wimmin?) offering to "take them home" (code for stopping en-route in a quiet spot for career-boosting, kiss-cuddles-gropes or more).
Clown Tone pretended to act 'shocked' at that not so long-gone(if at all), 'child-abuse' culture, perpetuated/perpetrated by senior media personnel, no doubt many were/are parents with their own kids !
But, hey, maybe even more shocked when this clown called to note that until very recently/2006, senior-media man Tone himself was, er, EDITOR of the sewer of all gutter-tabloids the Daily/Sunday SPORT taking 'Page 3' girls to-the-mad-max (not Waxy) with FRONT AND inside pages of uniforms-in-disarray, spread-legged/white-pants/white socks lolly-sucking 16+, 'SCHOOLGIRLS'. Indeed, until 2003 all Brit Red-top tabloids used/abused? young girls including UNDER-18s some as young as FIFTEEN, with sniggering captions of countdown-days until they were 16 and 'street-legal'.
Just ask not-so-long ago Sam Fox and many more 'icons' of Brit young-girl flesh exposed for grown men and lil boys (plus Lez lil gals n femmes?), ongoing in Page 3 Brit multi-million-selling tabloid cult for greed/ratings/profit started by ? U guessed-it, alien, tax-avoiding multi-billionaire Rupe-for-the-rope.
So, this clown 'phoned to ask a young-sounding femme researcher, "How could the disingenous Livesey act so hypocritically 'shocked' when for 15 years early 1990s - mid 2000s he was among the BRIT BIGGEST national promoters of the 'SCHOOLGIRL' sex-cult - in a long lusty tradition, St Trinians/Carry On/Confessions Of/Page-3 etc ad nauseum.
Natch the Beeb-researcher reply was "Er, we'll call U back to speak on the show."
Unstated subtext "NOT !"
No callback, no change, no surprise - "Carry On Barmy Backward Brits & Beeb In-Denial."
This clown also recalls early-1990s researching at the Sex-SATURATED SPORT, London offices, and asked by one of many VERY attractive young gals working there,"Do U like The SPORT?"
"Er, yeah, but small-complaint, there's too much SPORT in it!"
