In today's society, I'd say that's perfectly possible.

Also, without knowing any facts, it's quite possible force was used and that this was a dreadful crime.

On the other hand it might just be political correctness.

Yes this could all be mountains and mole hills but the chap accused has not exactly been a Saint prior to this.

It's very obvious who this person is (Google is your friend). Does seem a strange case though.

He's been in trouble for years at acting school. Mainly, I would have thought, for being CRAP at acting.
