First one in the series I watched and thought it dreadful!! So if this one was the best, the previous ones must have been real dogs... I enjoyed Conrad's completely unique ways this week on Newsnight and Sky.
So refreshing. Is it correct that statistic he throws out: 95.5% of all prosecutions in the US end up in guilty verdicts??? Auch. (I know...there's only truth, lies and statistics but still..)

The US 'conviction' rate is so high because of the dodgy plea deals where the majority of people accept a lesser charge to avoid a debilitating trial which can financially demolish them even when found innocent.
I wish they'd bring back Angus Deayton. I feel it is now tired and worn...Hislop seems to be getting more and more up himself and Merton struggles to be that amusing nowadays.
