Typical scenarios though.

Man genuinely sexually harrassed to the point of threatening and abusive phone calls, ends up killing himself.

Women allegedly groped when they oh so innocently went back to star's dressing rooms and their lives are destroyed, dead men uneartherd and burnt to ashes, and they stand to get 6 figure payouts in compensation.. Not to mention numerous (male) heads rolling at the BBC etc. As well as weeks of blanket coverage by the press demonising male sexuality.

Russel Joslin was probably told by his bosses that he was a lucky lad. And probably aware that false accusations against him would be made if he took the matter further.

This story is almost 5 years old to the day - but ironic now in more ways than one...

Absolutely right Angel; which is why I haven't commented on this story. But it is the frightening reality that most people simply believe media stories unchecked; a very disturbing truth.

We are all guilty of it. Why? Basically because we don't care. We have far more crucial (to us) questions to answer: what to have for dinner, our family, careers, cars, houses, income, expenditure, health....

true but the "boot is on the other foot" scenario does have resonance..I think those who come out rabbiting on like Janet Street Porter , Gambo , Rantzen etc could just as easily become the victim of claims.

In fact I know someone who says he was in a pub once and Street Porter was chatting him up..he looked in horror at her teeth,,had to make excuses to leave.

How do these people actually end up in a relationship without courting rituals which may mean mixed signals ??
