I believe he was acquitted. Never make the mistake of behaving like the false accusers, the haters and the trolls who are going to an extreme and ignoring facts that don't suit them.

It's all too easy to be black or white where everyone and everything is grey.

The man is a despicable person who has falsely accused others including a policeman , without giving a damn about them or their families.

We never hear a word of how that policeman's life was most likely destroyed by this creature. Of the humiliation suffered by him and no doubt his family.

Instead the media demand sympathy for Meesham even while it's proved he is an abuser of other's rights.

Everyone, including McAlpine is forced to pay a type of homage to this false accuser as though the alleged abuse he may have suffered can excuse the vile treatment he has dished out to his victims.

No wonder those who falsely accuse can do so with no restraints : even when found to be false they always have their 'get out of jail' free card.

Meehsam sickens me but we should give thanks McAlpine is sticking to his guns and pursuing everyone who defamed him.

The tide is turning. Paradoxically being falsely accused is the way forward, it clearly pays well. It may have been a sensible PR move to give the money to charity not just a percentage.

The brilliant Tom Mesereau talks about mass hysteria and false accusers.

Anyone want to quess who wrote this?
(Dont reply if you've read Popbitch !)

< This passage is from a politics book published in 2000, called The New Machiavelli. In it, the author gives advice on how to trick the media and use it to your advantage:

"Another useful plot is the false accusation. First, create a situation where you are falsely accused. Then, at a convenient moment, arrange for the false accusation to be shown to be false beyond all doubt ... Further accusations will then be treated with great suspicion."

page 176, The New Machiavelli (2000)>
