Hilarious - no women Bishops. 12 Years, 8 Months ago
Mad people who believe in mad philosophy based on mad premises (there is a God) decide mad women should not be allowed to be mad bishops.

Who the fuck cares?

Exactly ... but as the Church of England was founded specifically to support a lecherous syphilis-riddled King, and pander to his whims, what else would you expect except confusion and delusion?

Rowan Williams eyebrows... someone should tell him that, untrimmed, they resemble Lucifer (a close friend so I know what his eyebrows look like).

I think the C of E should allow men to give birth.

Pro fembish will say "don't be silly; that's physically impossible; wimmin bishops are a moral problem" to which I answer "I have it on good authority that several test tubes have been male in gender" but then I don't understand any of this God business; it reminds me of totem poles and dawn sacrifices of virgins (not a bad idea).

Sorry, I can't resist it...

"Where would the foetus gestate? In a box???"

I think they ought to chuck out the entire Synod. As a certain TV show is between seasons I'd suggest replacing the entire body with just one man. That man would be Catarella. I'm sure he'd do a better job. Although as a left footer {in all likelihood} he might put the cat among the pigeons a bit at least we could do without the pretence that what the church has to say about anything is utterly - laughably - ridiculous. And I'm pretty damn sure that his usual method of entering rooms would scare the pants off my Lord Bishops in a way that would be highly amusing.

A rare contribution from me. Quite FRANKLY this FORUM has become TOO completely OVERRUN by incomprehensible BR wannabes. A real PITY.

Sadly LO - yes; in a box.

Surely our bonkers species is only days away from creating the "Mother" box?

Perhaps it's me that's bonkers.

He also say the Church (of England) has lost credibility.

Nobody can say there is no God. You can say you don't believe in God, but so long as mankind is unable to define infinity we have to admit that our knowledge and understanding of the universe is limited.

Exactly PH - people who believe there is no"God" are as mad as those who think there is and they know him.

Beyond human understanding.

I believe there is no "God", God, or god. But then I always believed I was bonkers. Or everybody else is!
