I have no problem with boys of 14 and 15 being accused, convicted if guilty and sent to prison. I do believe intelligent treatment is needed as all teenagers have a problem understanding the concept of consequences.

Indeed I can confirm, having met them, so do some adults.

My problem is - how can they be considered able to understand right and wrong but not yes or no when it comes to having sex?

Again; they must be educated, informed, taught about consequences and responsibility. But is the concept of sex so much more hard to understand than that of life and death?
