INNOCENT is a Manchester-based organisation which supports and campaigns for innocent people in prison in the UK. INNOCENT is made up of families, friends and supporters of wrongly convicted prisoners who have come together in order to help each other. It is an independent organisation.

Many innocent people have been wrongly convicted in the past. Some have now been released, some, including Kevin Callan, Dave Wood, Adrian Maher, Graham Huckerby, Shay Power, Suzanne Holdsworth and Ian Lawless, with the support of INNOCENT. Many more innocent men and women are still in prison for crimes they have not committed.
