this will be the third case I've had real reservations about and then read the evidence and have been aghast that the accused has been convicted.
The other 2 were found innocent on appeal. In each case I'm positive the overwhelming prejudicial reporting influences jurors. Never even the judge who has retired is saying he feels she was hard done by.
