The most ghastly (and often enjoyable ) Daily Mail is crowing today because a soldier got released from jail.

They are screeching that somehow they were responsible. They didn't do a frigging thing to bring about the verdict.

The soldier's lawyers appealed the decision, presented their arguments and the appeal judges agreed on points of law and released him.

End of story.

If they lie about this, what else?

Also most interesting that the soldier DID break the law by bringing in a weapon, and DID have 380 rounds of ammo.

So, why has the appeal been allowed?

The Daily Mail may be right ... one law for the majority and another for those who are adopted by the media (because they are "our boys")
