I would have thought that not checking your bus, if it is within your contract of employment or even within the law of operating a bus service, would be a breach of health and safety, which at the very least could be seen as a potential criminal offence.

But I suppose Stagecoach Buses are like many of the bigger companies, friends of the Camerons, or Browns, or Millibands, and can do what the feck they like.
