Noel almost passed on this intellectually challenging show in favour of one called 'eeny meeny miny mo' but, after careful reflection, he found that one a bit of a lottery.

Intellectually challenging? In what way? Opening boxes hardly requires any intelligents. Just luck, ain't it?
Had Channel 4 kept a better format, they could of had a show that had some acts on between boxes.
The contestants get rather uptight & tearful on this show. You'd think they were playing a life or death game.
Then you've got Edmonds sickly buttering them up. Rather sickly stuff.

It's obviously an ironic comment BH.
I think I got it wrong again, dad! I did realise after I'd posted, but then it sunk in.
And I used to watch the early series, but then it just got sickly & silly. If the contestants really get like that over such drivel(& a small chance of winning £250000 in the first place)then they really are more nauseating than I first thought.
