"The Gospel of John tells us that [Jesus] was life, and that his life was the light of all mankind, and that he came with grace, truth and love," the prime minister says.

To compare our invading loutish troops with Jesus is depply offensive.
Is there something about becoming PM (something in the water at Downing St perhaps?) that makes them lose all sense of reason and fawn all over the troops - who are mostly unemployable anywhere else?
Or is it simply that, like Royalty, they like to keep them 'onside' (just in case !)
