All set for the BIG chill ? 12 Years, 6 Months ago
Winter arrives with a vengence this weekend, and looks set to be here for several weeks.

What's the betting that we'll be seeing "Britain grinds to a halt" headlines within days?

No - the wind direction changed after the Beast had wreaked havoc throughout Europe.

Thats probably a little too complicated for a pedantic little **** like you to understand.

Bearing in mind the accuracy of your weather predictions, ITK - I've booked in for the weekend at The Grand hotel on Brighton beach.

On Brighton Pier now

All mild - no rain

When will you realise, ITK, that forecasts are just a guess?

Sorry that you're so disappointed in them.

No - read it again; never below 0 and mostly 2/3/4 degrees; not bad for mid-January!

But are you still hoping that snow will make the country grind to a halt for two weeks (your post of 7 December)? And why?

LIES !
The reports all deny what you say.

But you are you still hoping that snow will make the country grind to a halt for two weeks (your post of 7 December)? And why?

Yet again your brain is NOT in gear.

I was merely reporting what forecasters were saying and i DIDNT say the country would grind to a halt I predicted that that was what the media would say.

Why dont you ready before you post (or is that the best we can expect from a football supporter)?

You are making a real fool of yourself - you have been shot-down on every pedantic point you have tried to make.
